Join us for a unique dining experience at Kinsbrook Farmhouse with exciting Guest Chef Rob Chasteauneuf on Saturday 11th May 2024.

Rob worked alongside Heston Blumenthal and Ashley Palmer-Watts at the Hind’s Head in Bray, before accepting a position at the 3 Michelin star restaurant, The Fat Duck. Five years later, Rob worked at the Michelin starred restaurant Drakes, now known as The Clock House and at the Aviator by TAG. In 2016, Rob took up the position of Group Sous Chef for Dinner by Heston in both London and Melbourne. Rob is now co-owner and Head Chef at Hamlet Wokingham, where he regularly hosts intimate ‘Chefs Tables’ using only the best seasonal ingredients.

Rob will be taking centre stage in the kitchen at Kinsbrook Farmhouse, supported by our own incredible kitchen team, to bring guests an evening of culinary delights. His obsession with seasonality and sustainability are very much aligned to our own and we can’t wait to have him down to Kinsbrook.

Tickets include a four course menu prepared by the team, with the option to choose additional bolt-ons on the night, such as a Kinsbrook wine flight, supplementary cheese course, petits fours and more.
