Thomas á Becket rose bushes can be found at the ends of our vineyard rows. Traditionally roses warn of disease, but here they populate our site with bold pink blooms. We cultivated them by ‘borrowing’ cuttings from my family’s garden – and so the name of our first sparkling rosé wine was inspired by my Mother’s roses. Tasting notes:

· Red fruits – redcurrant sherbet, raspberries
