The Semi Sweet is a decadent, luxe example of how sparkling wine used to be enjoyed by French and Russian aristocrats in the nineteenth century (although theirs contained significantly more additional sugar than this). Nowadays, we suggest pairing it with a good dessert or a bacon bagel on Christmas morning.
Or if you have a particularly sweet tooth, theres an even better way to enjoy it: with a couple of ice cubes and a cold glass on a hot Summer’s day.
